The Travel Channel chose our true-to-life airsoft arena to shoot some footage for a series they will be airing in December 2011. The Sheriff and Rapid Response Team used the SS Airsoft facility as their training ground to simulate combat situations using airsoft replica guns. A big problem for Gwinnett County is responding to situations involving Mexican drug cartels. This feature, from the upcoming series, shows action footage of the Sheriff and his team carrying out simulations of responses to violent encounters, incuding dealer with armed shooters in our airsoft battleground.
